I'm trying to locate a number for tenant loans. their customer service number is 0871 911 5552. surely they should have an alternative geographical number?!? they also have 08000 911 492, etc, but they can't - or wont transfer to the 0871 number. please, please, please can you help? many thanks.

WHOIS data reveals it is run by a company called "Post Net Ltd", which may be associated with "J E Beale plc", at the following address:
21 Richmond Hill, BOURNEMOUTH, BH2 6BJ

192.com reveals a lot of companies based at that post code - of which "Beales head office (Beale plc)" is - their contact number is 01202 203484.

Further searching suggests that "Post Net" has some association with "James Benamor", whose contact number (revealed by a WHOIS for "tenantloansonline.com" is 01202 629100.
