From the Daily Telegraph 23 Jun 2008:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2183358/Ikea-sleeping-bag-recalled-over-choking-...An Ikea spokesman said a poor quality zip was to blame for the hazard.
He apologised to customers, adding: "Ikea has stopped the sales and production of Barnslig sleeping bags and we are now reviewing our routines to improve the quality. Children's safety is always a top priority at Ikea.
"All products are subject to comprehensive risk analysis and assessment during the development process.
"If an Ikea product does not live up to our demands we act immediately."

The Ikea spokesman should have been apologising not only for the poor quality, but also that they were now intent in ripping off their customers by making them call a premium number! Children's safety might always a top priority at Ikea, but
real customer service obviously isn't! Don't they
EVER learn?
I bet that it's a 1-800 number in the USA!
