That gives you the recorded menu, which tells you to press 1 for live flight information.   You are then told to ring the premium number.

On the menu you are invited to hold for "further information".  Presumably that puts you onto an operator - maybe (if s/he has access) they would give you details.

In normal circumstances yes.  However, yesterday a friend was supposed to be meeting someone off a plane.  For some reason the plane wasn't showing on the web, there was no information as to whether it had been delayed / cancelled.   My friend set off for the airport, and I wanted to ring them to find out why it was missing.  (It eventually arrived - and listed - an hour late).
