The number 024 76282930 is still in use and can be used to pay balance of holidays instead of using the number 0870 164 9013. This number is also the number of Thomson Customer Services.

They open only Monday to Friday.......... The alternative telephone listed for Thomson Holidays as 024 76283400 is no longer available. This is not right.

Sorry folks. 024 76283400 is still available. Apologies for error. It is 0208 5412206 which is no longer available. The premium rate number for Thomson Holidays is given as 0870 1649013 which is their customer services. You are given this number for this and to pay off balance of holidays. However, you can phone 024 76282930 and select 1 from menu.

Searching the database for 0870 5502590 reveals a couple of entries, one for Simply Travel which had an alternative of 020 85412203. This is now unobtainable, but changing the last digit to 0 gets through to Simply Travel's menu.

024 76282930 is "now no longer in use". It says it's for the credit control department of Thomson and Crystal Holidays and refers callers to the following:

Make payment, received a letter requesting you to make a payment or check on progress of refund: 020 71060373
Letter from Newman & Company: 01582 645562
Calling from Crystal or Thomson call centre: 01582 644043

The alternative I have listed against 0870 1649013 is 020 71060373 which is for payments for Thomson and Crystal (and possibly other TUI brands). Please advise whether this is right or not.
