The number listed on the RSC contact page and in our database for ticket sales is 0844 800 1111.

Does 0844 800 1114 go to the same place and therefore alternatives are suitable for both?

Numbers for RSC appear to be in the range 01789 4034xx.

The contact page shows the information line to be 403444, but we have it as 403404. Does this need updating?

At the moment, 403409, 403444 and the unverified 403437 answer with the same recording.

I called the RSC today through the number you have listed,  01789 403409, and was met with the reply "Stratford." When I asked about the performance I was interested in the woman asked me which agent I was. When I explained that I wasn't, she told me this was a private line and asked where I got the number from. (In the end she gave me the info I wanted.)

I conclude that the number listed on this website is not equivalent to the 0844 booking line. Has anyone verified an alternative?

Have you tried e-mailing them to complain about the use of an 0844 number? Perhaps asking them to call you?
