In the end they gave me the number I am searching to replace - which did get me through. The co is Hartwell they are a Vauxhall dealer in Kidlington near Oxford

As per jgxenite's post a full address is useful. You wouldn't expect the Royal Mail to deliver a letter to them by writing on the envelope "Hartwell. They are a Vauxhall dealer in Kidlington near Oxford" would you??

I am also wondering why it is that you haven't tried the numbers given in the database for "Hartwell - Vauxhall" in "Kidlington (Oxon)".....................
