Where is the company based? Barcelona, Spain

Why do you want to contact them? To activate a debit card, issued in Spain.
But both my service providers which I use to call Spanish numbers state: "Unable to connect to this number."

The reason you cannot call it is because it is a 902 number, which is similar to our 0870 numbers. I think if you could call it from the UK, it would be more expensive than a call to a standard Spannish landline number.
