Virgin Trains - to change e-tickets (Read 10,469 times)

I shall leave this separate for now because I believe that when Virgin Trains lost its West Midlands frachise, the offices in Birmingham transferred to the new franchisee, CrossCountry, a part of Arriva.

So I guess Virgin Trains now has a new office somewhere else.

Googling "crosscountry 0121" reveals their minicom number to be 0121 200 6420, which seems to confirm that this number could be correct.
