Virgin Trains - to change e-tickets
Sep 3rd, 2008 at 11:41pm

I have the following number to call Virgin Trains if you want to change a ticket which you have booked online:

0870 010 1127

Does anyone know the geographical number?   Undecided

What's wrong with all the Virgin Trains numbers in the database?

The existing thread for Virgin Trains request thread is here.

I shall leave this separate for now because I believe that when Virgin Trains lost its West Midlands frachise, the offices in Birmingham transferred to the new franchisee, CrossCountry, a part of Arriva.

So I guess Virgin Trains now has a new office somewhere else.

Please can you try 0121 200 6450, which is unconfirmed in our database. Googling "crosscountry 0121" reveals their minicom number to be 0121 200 6420, which seems to confirm that this number could be correct.

This number is unobtainable, so I have removed the entry from the database.
