Marks & Spencer Money Insurance - Cust relations

Having a problem with M & S re car insurance - what I was told on phone originally re adding 2 temporary drivers and what they later claim. Have been sent standard complaints procedure letter saying they will respond within 4 weeks. I need to get it sorted immediately as extra insurance needed next week! Address is Customer Relations Bretton Way Peterborough PE3 8BG tel. 08705 845833. Can't find an alternative on site or online. Can anyone help please?

Correction -
Lots of numbers for them in the database, including a specific M&S number!

Try them, and let us know which numbers work or don't.

Thanks for that! 08000723889 got me transferred to M & S . Though I didn't actually speak to the contact name in Customer Relations , I was asked if I wished to be transferred so it should work for anyone else. The lady I spoke to actually sorted out my immediate insurance problem and I've left them to sort my original complaint!!
