A WHOIS of greeninsurancecompany.co.uk reveals it is run by Kwik-Fit Insurance Services, and is based at the same address as that given by kfis.co.uk

This page (kwik-fitinsurance.com/contact-lus.html) has loads of 0800 numbers you can use to contact when regarding car insurance. Please try them and let us know if they work.

I told them to transfer me to the Green Insurance Company and they did. Thanks again. Cheeersss.
