Hi can someone tell me what I have to go to on this site to add or ask for an alternative number for my local Council Tax office here in Aberdeen, the telephone number I have is 08456 08 09 21 - with this number I have entered it into the link in the saynoto0845numbers but the search has come up unsuccessful and even if I do it the opposite way around and put in Aberdeen City Council Council Tax Office.... still nothing comes up..... I dont know what else to do and I dont want to call this number its expensive, there must be a freephone or alternative number ?  Please help.
