As jgxenite says with that limited information that you have given us, makes it very difficult for us to know what you are asking for, however could this be who you are looking for?

Jumbo Games Limited
2 Carters Row
Hatfield Park
Hatfield
AL9 5NB

Telephone : 01707 260436
Fax :              01707 275086

Sorry about this, but it's my first post.  Yes the details you have listed above are correct, but if you phone the 017 number it redirects yo to the one I mentioned in my first post.

Just grudge paying the extra money, though I could email them I guess.

Is the redirection you refer to a recorded message or does someone answer it but when you ask for customer services, you are referred to the 0844 number?

The announcement says that the office is closed and doesn't redirect to the 0844 number.

Hi Dave

It was a recorded message giving prompts, 1 was if you were a customer - which I pressed.  It then went on to another recorded message giving the 08445 number.

In which case, then press the other one which presumably is switchboard and ask for customer services.

A Google for numbers reveals that Jumbo also has 01707 289204 and 289289, so a big clue that they have 2892xx numbers. 289200 has a recording redirecting to the 0844 number, which is probably the extension it puts you through to when you press option 1.

Either the customer services has been outsourced, in which case we need to know to whom or it is still in house and is on one of their DDI numbers.

You could always try calling one of them. For example, 01707 289201 is for Kerry in Credit Control.

Hi - gave a few number a try till I got one that answered.  They have outsourced their customer services to QATC.  I asked her for the name of the company and said I'd google it to get a number that wouldn't cost me anything and she said that the 08445 number takes you straight to someone that deals with Jumbo, any other number might not get you through to the correct team that deals with their customer service issues.

A Google of qatc 01702 reveals some clues that they operate numbers around 01702 208170. Calling the 0844 number it says "Thank you for calling the Jumbo helpline" and it's an appalling quality VoIP line.

Sure enough, 208170 is also VoIP, so getting warm. Some others answer with other names, but 01702 208166 is the Jumbo helpline (identical to 08445 611593).

I have added this to the database.

Thanks so much for this Dave, you're a gem.  Unfortunatley I caved in the other day and phoned the 08 number.  Sad  Though if the spare part doesn't come and I need to phone them back, I'll try your new number.

Thanks again   Smiley
