Both these numbers are freephone numbers and are free from landlines. If you are calling from a mobile, then should call them using either dial-through number, 020 0222 0700 or 020 0222 0900 so your call will be charged as per a geographical call.

In which case, in answer to your question, yes dial 020 0222 0900 and when it answers, dial the 0800 or 0808 number.

If you wish to programme them into your phone's memory, you will need to insert a 'pause' inbetween the numbers. Depending on the manufacturer of the handset depends on how you do this. If it's a Nokia, you usually press * several times until 'p' appears.

Eg:  02002220900<pause>0800444666

No problem! Thanks - it's nice to be of help.

Remember, call from a landline if available because it's free anyway. There's no point allowing calls to these numbers to push you over any allocation of inclusive mobile minutes when there's a cheaper alternative.

You might be able to access these services using the respective providers' WAP sites with a newer mobile. I don't know whether they allow you to place bets, but it may work out cheaper than phoning.
