Does anyone know who 0870 892 1382 is, please?

It rings every afternoon when I'm out, usually at just after 3pm, and they don't leave a message.

If they ever manage to speak to me, they will get a terse two word reply, ending in "off", anyway, I won't deal with those who cannot follow the simple instruction to leave a message.

I've searched this website, to no avail, and although the number comes up, amongst others, in a "Google" search, it doesn't seem to appear on the website that "Google" produces.
