Yes loans AVOID THEM

Hi,

I did a silly thing and used a Loan comparison site and put my details in last friday and now Yes loans will not stop calling me i have requested they remove my details from there system but i am still get upto 10 text a day and 20 phone calls a day just rang there complaints department up and waiting to hear back. ( i do have the loan but with a bank thought there site)

AVOID Yes Loans!

This activity is a gross breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regualtions 2003. You should report this to the Office of the Information Commissioner.

Endsleigh are just as bad. I had an insurance quote from them and they called my mobile every 2 hours til I answered. Only think was it took me a day and a half to answer, and when i finally did catch them, the poor girl got a bit of a rant off me about it! Not heard from them since...

Or more specifically this page on the Information Commissioner's website tells you how to file a complaint with them about companies who keep calling you when you have asked them to stop calling:-
