Hi new here so be patient lol anyway i recently suffered 2 heart attacks and i am now on incapacity benefits problem is all the info i usually require is thru 0845 numbers i tried doing the 141 prefix number on a couple of numbers that are phoning from abroad numbers ie 141 44 and the fone number on all ocassions i was told u are not being connected to this number i am with T-Mobile so i phoned to check if it was a roaming issue but according to them the phone is set up to work from abroad am i doing something wrong here or is it just T-Mobile not allowing me to use the abroad numbers since i am in the UK do t mobile know wen i am phoning a number thats meant to be used from abroad but i am in the uk phoning the number ?

If the overseas number is given as +44 (0) 1234 567890 you dial 14101234567890.

It might be helpful if you could tell us which numbers you are having problems... you may be new, but the instructions are in bright-red text before you post, and we aren't mind readers unfortunately.

The UK's international code is 0044 or +44 (and you also have to omit the leading 0 of the STD code) from a UK cellphone (not 44) but that will not cause your call to show as 'international' if the receiver has Caller Display.

141 is the prefix to withhold your CLI when using a UK landline.  In my experience, on a cellphone, that function is achieved by a programming function on the particular cellphone rather than using the 141 prefix.  

Those 2 issues probably account for your calls failing.
