Primark is one of three new shops to open on The Gallery – a new section of mall created from the old Sainsbury’s store. The other two stores are shoe retailer Tamaris and Paperchase. A number of other retailers will open in The Gallery over the coming weeks, including Next that will relocate from its current store to a new unit occupying 6,131m² (66,000ft²), this will be its fifth largest store in the country.
The 0114 256 8493 number was the one they used in Park Lane.
I was going to suggest you ring Meadowhall customer services as they may have a geographical number for them, but its "careline" is 0845.
However, the main switchboard for Meadowhall Centre is 0114 256 8800.
You could try ringing one of the other stores and ask if they have a number for Next Retail. Quite a few Meadowhall Centre store numbers are 0114 256 8xxx and 9xxx, so perhaps there is an internal phone system which many are connected to. If Next is also part, then obtaining the extension number(s) might help work out what the external number for it is.
I was going to suggest that the number might have been retained from when the previous company occupied Next's unit. But as it's a new block of units created from one large one, then that's unlikely.
