Hi there!

I have managed to find another number:

+36 180 5009345

I am sure, that you may be able to speak to someone in English on this number.

That is not a valid number in Hungary.

By reference to their website http://wizzair.com/about_us/contact_us/ they only have one geographical contact number and that is in Bulgaria: +359 2 960 3888. Option 1 is for English. All their other contact numbers in various other countries including the UK are premium rate.

The cheapest way to call Bulgaria is using one of the access numbers listed on Martin Lewis's website: http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/bulgaria. The cheapest call cost is 1.5p/min plus a 7p call set-up fee from BT landlines.

Wizzair also give various contact email addresses on their website.

I've got one number for Wizz Air, 0904 475 9500. £0,65 min. Any more, at less rate? The flight will cost less than asking when it will go, in the snow!

I've called Bulgaria, using Martin Lewis's cheap rates-only to be told that the number in Bulgaria has changed- to 0900 xxx! In the vernacular, poo!

Again- the 08712 657257 number still works, and at least it's quick and accurate (!)

alternative numbers for Wizzair

Hi, I,ve bookd a return flight with Wizzair yesterday but I've realised (too late!) that I've given the wrong return date. The only way to contact them in order to change it seems to be by phone only and of course the numbers are 0844 and 0906 it could be a very expensive call as they tend to keep you holding on for ages. I also tried e-mailing the resrvations bute-mail Cry could not be delivered. Can anyone help?   Smiley

Hello and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM. I have joined your posting to the existing thread for this company. To receive e-mails alerting you to new postings, please click here.

The address given in the first posting is that of Tripudio. Having looked at its website, I'm not sure if it is the company that answers calls for Wizz Air or not.

Tripudio has a case studies on its website, and the one for Wizz Air is here. It says:

Quote:
Scope of Requirements
To collect and transport all pan-European reservations calls into 4 multi regional call centers.

It doesn't say where these call centres are based though.
