Has anyone ever been able to get through to these? The customer services one definitely doesn't seem to work and I ended up having to phone the 0870 number. The only one that worked for me was one that ended up bringing me to reception (I think it was the fax one?), who will refuse to put you through to anyone regardless.

Scan are usually pretty good, but mentioning this website on [url=http://forums.hexus.net/scan-care-hexus/]their forums[/url] gets your post immediately censored, and similar to Overclockers UK they are rather overprotective doing the same for any links whatsoever (even as example to prove goods are available for sale in the UK) to competitors, and also censor any public discussion whatsoever about 0870.
