This is a freephone number and will be free from a landline. Are you calling from a mobile?

Can you provide some more information such as the address or website address of this company?

There is a company called Direct Solutions at http://www.directsolutionsuk.com/ which gives a geographical number.

Most of my calls are from a mobile, and my mobile network, T Mobile, won't include this number within monthly free minutes.

I tried the 01926 number posted above, it didn't get through to the agency, but the person who answered the phone immediately knew the 0808 number to give me!

Call 020 0222 0900 from your mobile and when it answers dial the 0808 number. This will work with all freephone (0500/0800/0808) numbers. It is a London number, so will be charged as per 01/02/03 calls.

Thank you. This will help, but there must also be an 01926 number I can put in my mobile contact list, to save time.
Could the 0808 number be listed under a (national) parent company of Direct Solutions?

You can still add the number to your list. You can add a pause (often by holding down 0, but depends on the phone). So enter it as:

02002220900p08081566001
