0871 4729000 answers as Empire Direct Sales which can be contacted on 0113 2351770.

0871 4729001 answers as Empire Direct Customer Support which can be contacted on 01274 578000. This is an identical message whereas the 0113 number is not the same as 9000.

How convenient 0871 has a prefix only one digit different from numbers that BT is now advertising as free calls and how convenient that none of the premium rate regulatory regime for 0871 numbers that Ofcom promised us four years ago and that PhoneRipOffLoversPlus then so heavily watered down has never even been implemented. Is the administrator legally entitled to charge creditors for its service in this way? Should payment not come from the Company's assets?
