Tenant Services Authority

This is the new regulatory body for housing associations. The address is Maple House, 149 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7BN. 0845 230 7000. Does anyone know of an alternative number, or an email address? The website is www.tenantservicesauthority.org. I have a complaint to make about a housing association (I am not a tenant, but live next door to a housing association house). Thanks, would be grateful for any advice.

Their contact centre is in Leeds apparently, and has the following fax number: 0113 233 7101

Therefore, I guess they will have a switchboard on 0113 233 7100, and I've seen evidence of other numbers in the 71xx range. Please try 7100 and let us know if it works. If it doesn't, try other numbers above 7101 (7102, 7103...)

I had no joy via email but the phone number 0113 233 7100 worked for the switchboard, and I was put through to the office in Leeds, which apparently deals with all enquiries.
