The number given on this site is 01753 869365. When you phone this (Option 1 for customer care) it tells you to phone 0870 225 0109. When you phone that, it tells you to phone 0844 888 6644. Anyone know how to get round that expensive number?

There is another number listed for Bissell, 01753 410000, have you tried that?

Part way down, there are the numbers 01753 410008 and 01753 410013 which tends to suggest the range of Bissell's numbers which may be worth a try.

I have not tried the unverified option as yet.

I put bissell "01753" into Google and the fifth result is this one. It gives voice telephone 01753 519918 and fax 01753 567918. (Interestingly, the unverified entry gave 01753 519900, which is "the audio conferencing centre".)

The 01753 519918 number gives the opening hours and then the PBX voiceover says "To reach a specific person, just tell me their name." The 0844 888 6644 gives the hours of operation but drops out without going to the PBX voiceover. I then tried 01753 519919 and that answers the same as the 0844 number so I have listed that.
