Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this. I am looking for a geographical no for:
HFC Bank
Customer Services Department
PO Box 2445
Birmingham B1 3PJ
tel 0870 010 0453

There was a number in the unverified list (0121 265 3982) but that now refers callers to the 0870 number so should be removed in any case as not working.

Their website just shows the 0870 number.

Any help gratefully received - thanks.

Posts: 1,454 Gender:	Re: HFC Bank Reply #1 - Mar 26^th, 2009 at 9:38am If the existing number is redirecting you to the 0870 number, it is likely that is has changed a few digits, so searching around 0121 265 39xx might be a good idea. Another number I've come across is 0121 233 4477 - is that any good?

Hi all & thanks for the help. My husband used the 0121 233 4477 number which did work (after 13 mins trailing round a menu circuit and waiting on hold & another five minutes repeating the same info endlessly - good thing it was a geo no!) so that no can be confirmed, did not need to try the others but thank you all anyway. Just shows what this lot are like though, this was to make a one off payment & they charge £2 for a letter confirming!
