The number for Axa Sunlife, 0845 7322223, has in the unverified list when searching using this 0845 number, 02476 235550, this number goes to a private residence.

When searching for Axa Sunlife, the number in the unverified list gives; - 0117 9899000, this number as stated in the unverified list does go to the switchboard, and they will put you through to the dept required.

Thanks Derrick. I've amended this entry.

What department is the 0845 number for? I've put a generic "Switchboard - ask to be put through" message in the Other Info field.

Only thing I can find on the paperwork is; - "AXA's policy helpline", but  think it is the switchboard, although am not certain.

"You can also write to us at: AXA Sun Life, AXA Centre, PO Box 1810, Bristol BS99 5SN or call our main switchboard on 0117 989 9000."

The link to the above quote will not work, but if you use your link, then click on the "take me to" box, click "pensions", then "go", then on that page click on "contact us" at the top,it will take you to the page I got the quote from.
