Virgin Mobile have a large price rise coming up. Currently they charge 10p/min for 0845 and 15p/min for all other 08 numbers. This compares well with their PAYG rate of 15p/min. From June 15th, all 08 numbers will cost 25p/min. Their voicemail says "That's about the same as most other networks". Needless to say, they call them "local and national toll rate".

So don't use Virgin Mobile to ring any of these numbers. I don't. The more people boycott, the sooner these telephone companies will get the message.
