I can confirm that 0115 993 8002 does work. It offers several options, Customer Service is option 1.

Thanks smileyeyes. I've amended the Capital One entries and this is now in one of the verified entries.

Basically, Capital One has moved from 0845 to 0844, so it required the verified entries updating with the new, even more of a rip-off, number.
