For After Sales Inquiries or if you have any questions about delivery
0870 333 1222 or email us at:curryswebsales@currys.co.uk

This 0870 number is old and is now not recognised.  Huh

Currys is a trading name of DSG Retail Ltd & there is an unverified geo no. on the database for their HQ in Hemel Hempstead. Might be worth a try?

What an up to date web site they have!! Roll Eyes

If they can't get a simple statment, like their own telephone number, correct, there is not much hope. On that basis I would not bother dealing with them. Sad

we're having an onging problem with currys customer service. i can with live having to talk to the the most stupid/inept people in this country based at their call centers but find it extremely hard to have to pay for the privelege over and above my free call allowance.

Unfortunately the 01442 353000 number which looks like it was for head office is now unobtainable.

The best bet is probably to search the database for
currys
(i.e. search by company name rather than 08xx phone number. Also, Currys is part of Dixons, or DSGi as they like to be known, as is PC World and Mastercare, so searching for any of these companies may throw up useful numbers.

A quick look under 'Currys' shows we have quite a number of alternatives for delivery centres across the UK. Probably your best alternative.

Please let us know how you got on, including what you tried and what the result was (good or bad) as this will help others in the future with the same query.  Smiley

(update)

thanks to all for your input. took daves advice and dug a little deeper, searched for dixons, pcworld and finally dsg and found this number somewhere else on this site under: DIXONS (DSG Group)  ---   01727 202120 --- other info: NON WHITE GOODS FOR NO DELIVERY, DIXONS CANCELLATIONS. my problem was related to delivery but they offered to put me through to customer services proper though i don't think there's much difference. something to do with direct services, don't forget to withold when calling.

please note this is not the currys delivery center.

Thanks for the feedback. I've done some housekeeping on the Currys, Dixons and other associated companies' entries in the database. I've removed all the non-working numbers for Currys branches.

The head office is:

DSG Retail Limited
Maylands Avenue
Hemel Hempstead
HP2 7TG

Registered in England No. 504877
VAT No. 226 659 933

From some entries we have in the database, phone numbers at this office are 01727 202xxx and 203xxx.

01727 202101 is "Customer & Store Support Team", so I have listed this as the main alternative to Curry's 0844 561 6263 number it uses for stores.

Subsequent numbers that may be of interest are:

202107 Invoice Sanctions
202113 The TechGuys
202114 The TechGuys Hotline redirector to 01623 689882
202116 Supplier Home Delivery
202117 Direct Services
202118 Direct Services
202119 Direct Services
202120 Direct Services
202121 Central Spares Hotline
202122 DSGi HR Shared Service Centre redirector to 0845 601 2122
202123 HR Shared Services
stopped at 202135

Have a look on the database. Third one down on the verified section is for on line services
