NHS24

Does anyone have a note of the alternative '
01505
' number for NHS24 that used to be on the site ?

It was listed as an alternative to 08454 242424, which is now showing an 0800 as an alternative but it does not work - just returns an engaged tone constantly.

The 01505 number definitely worked, but stupidly I did not store it in my mobile.

Thanks in advance!

Gary

Just remembered that I passed the number onto my sister-in-law to use when she had to phone NHS24 from her mobile, the number is:

01*** ******

I don't know why the number would have been removed from the database, because it definitely works (just tried it 5 minutes ago).

Edited:
Number removed as it belongs to a surgery.

Thanks. I've listed this as a confirmed entry in the database. I cannot offer a reason as to why it may have been removed.

I've had to remove this number as it belongs to a surgery. They complained to us previously that they were getting high volumes of calls.

I have replaced the geographical number with the head office switchboard until we find a more suitable alternative.

Details of NHS 24's offices are on its website here.
