Note that the registered address is the same as the one for the evokei.com domain name, so this is the same company. Also note that this company was dissolved on 07/05/2008.
In theory, if you text STOP, they will stop sending you reverse-charged premium rate texts.
For what it's worth, you should report this to
PhonepayPlus, the premium rate service regulator. There is the possibility that your son did unwittingly opt in to this "service". However, I feel you should report the fact that telephoning this "company" to request cessation of SMS texts does not stop them.
