There have been a lot of times where I have used 18185 only to get a blank line, a series of clicks followed by a continuous tone, messages saying "please hang up" then nothing, and so on.
Thats annoying enough but whats even worse I find that each time I get charged for it
Once I sent them an email but it was ignored.
I wouldnt mind betting that it happens to many of us and because its only 5p a time we dont bother to complain too strongly
I'd be interested to know how others in this forum feel about this
