I presume that you are referring to 01633 780800 and as it says, it is for Pulse Service Centre. A Google of pulse service centre reveals links on this company:

This is the exact same address shown on the registration information for the internet address pulse-service.co.uk, so tends to suggest that it is correct.

Companies House Webcheck shows that Pulse Service Centre Limited (Company No. 02341889) was dissolved on 04/11/08, so would explain why the number is now out of service. I have removed the entry with the 01633 number in.


As for finding an alternative to the 0870 013 2017 number (which is now charged at the same rate as a normal landline number from BT and some other providers, but not Virgin Media), the question is where is it answered? Is it answered abroad (possibly on the continent) or have they outsourced it to a third party in the UK, and if so, who?
