Sorry for the delay in replying, I'd forgotten what with things being busy.

I'm extremely grateful for your assistance though

The number you gave I tried, and got put through to the Pharmacy, I just said "sorry, wrong number" and hung up.

I simply changed the last two digits to 00, and got put through to the menu.
