It is only available on Orange network. Thats the all info i have about it....

Anyway, have you tried any of the numbers on the database? There are loads there and one of them might do the trick

The problem with this number is if youbtry to listen whatever they say when u call them, ur number will be permanently banned from calling that number. I mean u can never call that number again and cannot recve any free minutes.. For Orange pay mnthly sim users it charges £0.01 and for "3 mobile" users is charges £0.29.. I ahve tried to find out more about it and searched all the avaible numbers in this site, but i havnt found any...so can u plz help me out wid this??

From what you say, the minutes are hardly "free", but paid for from the proceeds of the 0871 telephone call. Thus, this is a legitimate use of such a number.
