Thank you for notifying us that this number "does not work", but no thanks for bothering to explain why. The number is now not recognised, so I have removed it from the database.

In answer to your question, yes, I expect there is a different number that Packard Bell can be contacted on.

There is an unconfirmed entry for Acer Infoteam in the database, which is listed as providing support on the Packard Bell website. Please try that and let us know if it works.
