This number is for buying. I'm looking for the alternative number for support. It is a dedicated line for gateways support.

I tried to find it for you as well but the only number I found was your in the first post.
The other option - may not be ideal but is free - is to send them a ticket with a description of your problem which will go to the same tech department. Link here.
