Welcome to the SAYNOTO0870.COM forum.
Firstly, when someone calls you, there is no guarantee that the number presented on your caller display is correct or even exists. In theory any number can be presented, although it does represent misuse of the public telephone network. There is already a thread on
False numbers shown on caller display (CLI).
What makes me think that this is yet another spoofed number is that it is one digit short.
If the digits are to be believed, reading from left to right, it tells me that this is an international call (because of the 00) from the US or Canada (because of the 1). That's as far as it gets because 300 is not a code in use in US and Canada.
So all in all, I don't believe that there is any clue as to where it has come from.
See
whocallsme.com page of 1300 numbers.
