I see that Mid Kent Water has been taken over by South East Water but they say that the two customer contact centres have yet to be merged so you need to contact the right one for your area.

I have also renamed the Mid Kent Water entries so that a search for South East Water brings them up.

From my understanding, South East Water in Kent was originally Mid-Kent Water and that is what the 01634 numbers relate to. It is possible that the two company's systems have been merged and thus that enquiries from any area can be dealt with in a single location. However, the contact page would suggest that this is not the case as different 08 numbers are given for different areas.
