I would avoid doing anything with this. I won't even be calling the 0800 number, even though it's free. What connection do you have with the company sending it? Answer is you don't, you've never heard of them.
Sounds like a scam to me. Who is to say they won't record all the telephone numbers that call it and then use the list of numbers for junk calls?
If the post card has been addressed personally to someone who lives at your address, then they have your/their name and address. If you call this number, they then have your telephone number. Let's say that they ring you at some point in the future, knowing you are one of the people on their list of individuals who have been sent a post card and try and fish more information from you.
Personally, I would put the card in a safe place, noting when it was received, and do nothing else. That way you have it should anything happen in the future.
