The 0870 600 0783 is answered by the same female voice as other Eurostar numbers, so I think that it is answered directly by them rather than another third party call entre.

Try the main Eurostar number, 01233 617575. Nearby numbers answer with the same closed message, giving opening times.

It looks like this 0870 number is answered at the same office. It currently says that "this promotion has now ended" so I assume that this message will be removed when it becomes "live" again.


Eurostar numbers appear to be around 01233 6175xx. Indeed a quick try of 01233 617598 and 597 shows they are answered with the same "this promotion has now ended" message. Be warned though, there is no guarantee that these are the same numbers that this 0870 number directs to because there could be other "promotion" 08xx numbers for other promotion that have now finished.

In conclusion, I think that this 0870 number is answered at Eurostar's Ashford office (in view of the 01233 code) and thus the staff answering the 617575 number will be the same as those answering it.
