Hi and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.

Let's start off with some basic information (please provide this where you have it or where it's easy to find)

Website: www.therfl.co.uk

From the contact page:

<<

Rugby Football League
Red Hall
Red Hall Lane
Leeds
LS17 8NB

Tel: 0844 477 7113
Fax: 0844 477 0013
Email: enquiries@rfl.uk.com

For ticket enquiries simply call 0870 990 1313 or email: ticketing@rfl.uk.com

Tickets available from www.rugbyleaguetickets.co.uk

>>

The 0870 990 1313 number has now been changed to 0844 856 1113, as in the original post.

Googling reveals direct numbers starting 0113 237 50xx. 5000 through to 5009 are not recognised and 5010 rings out. The first number in the sequence like this is often switchboard.

The 0844 856 1113 number is answered immediately with no rings by a recording. It says that out of office hours it is put through to Ticketmaster. However, I have been unable to find this same recording on 0113 237 50xx numbers and 0113 237 5500 to 5558. 5558 belongs to Vision Alert as do some other 0113 237 53xx numbers.

I tried the above in the hope of finding the direct alternative (i.e. the one that answers with the same recording) behind the 0844 number.

I then http://rfl.uk.com/contact.htm]looked at the RFL website as it was in February 2003[/url] and it gave the box office number as 0113 232 9444. This number still rings, so you may find it is still for the ticket office.

Alternatively, you could try the main number, 0113 232 9111 and ask to be put through to the ticket office.

Let us know what you try and how you get on. If any or all of these are suitable alternatives, then I will list it for others to use.  Smiley
