Incident helpline 0800 number

Following the floods in Cumbria, contacts for the authorities have been published. They are 0800 056 0944 and 020 7158 0010.

A Google of the 0800 number reveals that it has been issued in the past for other incidents in other areas.

0800 056 0944 is listed as a free number on O2. It will be interesting to find out whether the other mobile operators also don't charge for calls to this number.
