I see after the thrashing that Wigan received from Spurs On Saturday (9-1) the players are refunding all their supporters who bought  tickets for that game. However reading on on how to claim, I quote from the Sky news web site

They should go there in person or by calling 0871 33 66 552 and a full refund will be posted to their home address hopefully within 14 days.
