I have just tried all the numbers in your database, and it would appear that none of them work any-more.

This is the same as 0871 244 2780 and the other 0871 numbers we have listed. The pattern of numbers submitted to our database: 0871 244 2796, 0871 244 2797, 0871 244 2811 & 0871 244 2812, suggests that Apex probably operates a boat load of 0871 numbers in these ranges.
