I would appreciate some help please.

The number I am looking for is a GEO (or working mobile) number for T-Mobile Customer Services.
I have indeed searched the database and I have tried calling the mobile number listed from my phone
but this just seems to return a "unknown" tone to me? [ 07953 966150 ]

Is it possible to get a GEO number which directs straight to CS (Like 150) ?

Any ideas / options please...

A quick glance at the T-Mobile Contact Us page includes the familiar information:

My first attempt to call 07953 966150 delivered three beeps and then closed the call, a second attempt got through.

0845 412 5000 is said to be charged at "local toll rates" from UK landlines. One cannot dispute this statement because it is utterly meaningless in the UK.

07953 966150 is the number given on T-Mobile's contact page and when I call it from my BT line I get a message telling me I have dialled an incorrect number. Undecided

However, if you are calling from a landline, then you can access the normal customer services menu that you get when calling 0845 412 5000 by ringing the number for sales, 0808 121 9999, and selecting option 2. Wink

I have amended the T-Mobile entries to explain this.
