Many thanks, but unfortunately the 0800 number is only for those applying for jobseekers allowance and not for those of us on incapacity benefit. the 0845 608 8529 number is specifically for the birkenhead office where decision makers re incapacity benefit permitted work decisions for liverpool are made. I guess i have no option but to use that number. wish there was a campaign against the use of these numbers.......
