      I am trying to get a refund off three for a phone that was sent back on the 8th Dec they have given me a number that I know I am going to be on for a long time 08444811331 has anyone got a geographical number I have looked in the database but don't seem to be able to see it any help appreciated.

I put this post code into Google and the first link is from Yell.com and is for "Total Repair Solutions".

Again, using Google, put in total repair solutions and the first link is to Regenersis.

There are a number of Regenersis offices across the UK. The contact page gives contact details for this office:

I searched the forum for Regenersis and came across two threads:

• Nokia (operated by Regenersis) - Numbers for the Huntingdon office
• Hutchison 3G UK Ltd - 3 (Three) - I listed some 0141 814 36xx Regenersis numbers.

Following on from the lead that numbers at this office may be 0141 814 36xx, let's map some out:

600 not recognised
601 Three
602 TRS
603 The Three Repair Centre
604 "Please enter your PIN"
605 same as 601


Try 0141 814 3603 and let us know how you get on. If you find a suitable alternative, then let us know what it is so we can list it for others to use.
