* What is the nature of your call? Complaints about their services.
* Where is the company based? 7 Oakdale Court, Oakdale Business Park, Blackwood, Gwent, NP12 4AD
* Why do you want to contact them? Received very poor quality print, email them to complain and responded that they will look into it. Havent heard back from them for over a month. Tried 3 emails between then but they ignored all of them. Rang their geographical number which is 01495 244 363 but was directed to ring 0845 544 0581.

Calling either 01495 244 363 or 0800 612 7621 answers with a recorded message redirecting to the 0845 number. This is voiced by the same male as the 0845 number.

The 0845 544 prefix is allocated to "INET Telecoms Ltd (Voipfone)", change date 08/2008. This suggests that it may be a VoIP system (that is it connects via the internet) provided by Voipfone.

This may either not have an alternative number are it could be one of thousands and thousands anywhere across the UK allocated to Voipfone.

In summary, I think that there's no alternative to be found, or at least, if there is, then it's a needle in a very large haystack.

They offer cheap printing and cheap printing they deliver. Nasty quality, bad customer services, ignoring emails, almost impossible to get hold of once money is taken.
