Star Trek/Champions Online Billing Support

I wanted to contact their billing support desk which has the number 0870 490 0617 (found on http://www.startrekonline.com/support/billing)
They are an American so it might be hard to get an 01 number for their UK call desk..

You know what they say...beggars can't be choosers!

The 0870 is answered by an American lady which made me think that maybe it goes straight to the US. But I don't see why they would have someone there 1am to 9am (local time) just for UK callers, but not make that person (or persons) available to US callers.

Do you have any idea where in the UK it is answered? I presume it's outsourced; do you know who the provider is? Huh
