It is a gym type of organisation with cool exercise machines (which seem to work). Vodafone charge for the 0845 number. Does anyone know it?

The Andover Feelgood Factory website is www.andoverfeelgoodfactory.co.uk and it says that it is in Suite 2 Stanley House.

I came across this FOI response on WhatDoTheyKnow listing the address of "long term empty" commercial properties that are within Test Valley Borough Council area. It is dated 28 May 2009 and Suite 2 Stanley House is on there.

I was going to ask if this gym may have been in operation for a while, but not under the "FeelGood Factory" banner, but I presume not. If it has, then we may find the 01264 number listed alongside its old name.

Other than that, I think it's unlikely we'll find the number. Perhaps you can ask them for it; if they do tell you, please come back here and post it and I will add it to the database for others to use.

It is a family firm, they say it is not actually a franchise - i thought that it might be. So I will ask them - the usual reason for 0845 is to provide some kind of telephone exchange facility, and they only have one line there as far as i know.

And i was glad to get the landline for actionline natwest - that was costing an arm and a leg! (back to the gym i think!)

I tried  (01264) 356878 with 141 of course, and they answered as the Feel Good Factory - I recognised the girls voice - so it looks as if it is the right number. If it works I will let you know.

So I will try this in earnest next time i need to - i don't think i want to enter into controversy at the desk as it were.

Is it the case that no company can insist on an 0845 etc. number? I know that they are not allowed to make you hold on.
